Your hormone balance is a fundamental pillar of good health. Unfortunately, hormones, the endocrine system, and the hypothalamus pituitary adrenal axis (HPA Axis) are also often the first system to enter into states of dysfunction when the body is struggling, chronically stressed, and compensating.
