Hormone Balancing

Your hormone balance is a fundamental pillar of good health. Unfortunately, hormones, the endocrine system, and the hypothalamus pituitary adrenal axis (HPA Axis) are also often the first system to enter into states of dysfunction when the body is struggling, chronically stressed, and compensating.

Many woman already know they are struggling with their hormones because of symptoms like PMS, mood swings, painful cramps, hot flashes, insomnia, and bloating. Men often find it harder to pin point hormone issues.

Cortisol is an often overlooked hormone. It is our stress hormone, and is important for our survival, but when heavily taxed and chronically demanded by the body, can begin to compensate, and exhaust, lead to Metabolic Chaos, and a whole host of symptoms.

If you are struggling with hormone imbalance you are likely experiencing some of the following;
